Hi, Can you attach your workbook for reference? What version of Tableau? What type of actions If you could build a similar example that doesn't work based on Superstore and attach it that would also help us -Sean

for example X in central region in bottom 5 and east in top 3, in order it shows top 3 in central what i need is contimuous sort of top 5 and bottom irrespective of repeated name in other region
